Privacy Policy

How LiveMenu collects, uses, and protects information.

1. Introduction

Enjoy Every Moment Corp. ("Enjoy Every Moment Corp.," "we," "us," or "our") operates the LiveMenu website and platform available at https://livemenu.digital (the "Service"). LiveMenu provides digital QR menu and restaurant operations tools for businesses in the United States and other regions where we make the Service available.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use the dashboard, or interact with a restaurant's public menu powered by LiveMenu.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to:

  • Restaurant operators and team members who register for a LiveMenu account ("Customers").
  • Guests who view a public menu, use optional features such as reviews or an AI assistant, or interact with menu analytics without creating an account ("Guests").
  • Visitors who browse our marketing website or contact us for support.

3. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories, depending on how you use the Service:

  • Account and profile information: name, email address, password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form), restaurant name, description, phone number, website, address, city, state, timezone, cuisine tags, and optional AI knowledge notes you provide.
  • Billing information: subscription plan, billing cycle, payment status, and limited billing metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Menu and business content: categories, menu items, prices, photos, translations, design settings, QR code designs, stop-list status, locations, and team member assignments you upload or generate.
  • Guest menu interactions: page views, item views, language or template interactions, and similar analytics events tied to a pseudonymous session identifier stored in your browser session storage.
  • Guest reviews (when enabled by a restaurant): star rating, optional text comment, and optional photo you submit on a menu item.
  • AI feature inputs: menu photos, website URLs, text prompts, and content you submit for AI import, translation, guest assistant, or restaurant knowledge features.
  • Support communications: information you send when you email us or request help.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and logs generated by our hosting and security systems.

4. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your device when you use the Service, from restaurants whose menus you view as a Guest, and from service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, authentication, hosting, payments, and AI processing).

If you use address autocomplete in settings, Google Places may process address queries according to Google's privacy policy.

5. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including accounts, menus, QR codes, analytics, and team features.
  • Process subscriptions and send transactional messages (for example, receipts, security alerts, and account notices).
  • Operate AI-powered features you request, such as menu import, translation, website summarization, and guest assistants.
  • Display guest-facing menus, reviews, and optional cart or "show to waiter" flows configured by each restaurant.
  • Measure product usage and improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Comply with law, prevent fraud, and protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale" or "share" under California law.

We disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations, including:

Restaurant Customers control what menu content and guest features are published. Information Guests submit in reviews may be visible to the restaurant and other Guests on that menu.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer subject to this policy.

  • Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage).
  • Stripe (subscription billing and payment processing).
  • Vercel (application hosting and delivery).
  • OpenAI and related AI infrastructure (processing prompts and content for AI features you enable).
  • Google (optional Places API for address autocomplete in restaurant settings).

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect against abuse.

Guest menu analytics may use a pseudonymous identifier stored in session storage (not a long-term advertising cookie) to group events within a browsing session.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit account login or dashboard functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When you close an account or delete content, we delete or anonymize information within a reasonable period, except where backup copies, legal holds, or legitimate business needs require limited retention.

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer because it no longer identifies you.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor security requirements.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for restaurant businesses and their guests. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe we collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your privacy rights (United States)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you, and to opt out of certain processing.

To exercise rights, email us at the address in Section 17. We may verify your request and respond within timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

12. California privacy disclosures (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the following additional disclosures apply:

  • Categories collected in the last 12 months may include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation derived from address fields you provide, audio/visual information in photos you upload, and inferences created by AI features from content you submit.
  • Business purposes include providing the Service, security, debugging, internal research, and quality improvement as described in this policy.
  • We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • California residents may request access, deletion, and correction, and may limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable. Submit requests to our contact email.
  • Shine the Light: California residents may request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not provide personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

13. Other U.S. state privacy laws

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and obtain copies of personal information, and to appeal denied requests where required.

Where applicable, you may opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our practices described in this policy are designed to align with these requirements.

14. Marketing and transactional email

We may send transactional emails about your account, billing, and security. With your consent or as permitted by law, we may send product updates or promotional messages.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in a message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional notices.

15. International users

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Effective date" above. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where required by law.

Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where further consent is required.
